How can I compare the amount of protein in different kinds of milk?

I need to know because it's for an investigatory project.

  1. At the back of each milk carton there should be a nutrition table showing different values including protein.

    Go to 'per serve' which is usually 250 ml and it should be around 8-10 grams of protein. Compare, using the table, the amount of protein in different milk.


  2. fat free milk probably has more protien
