How can I concentrate on my coursework?

I really cant concentrate. I cant turn off the internet because I need to use it for my work. Really need to get it all done tonight but my mind keeps wandering........

try to set reasonable times to do your coursework. Do some work then do something else. Don't cram it into one time period.

Set goals for what you want to finish each hour. Also, take 15 minute breaks every hour or two to walk around a bit, or get some fresh air.
