How can I connect a viewsonic pj503db to a PS3? The projector is my visual and I want to run my audio through my logitech speakers that have a simple 1/8 inch audio cord. Please help with any ideas.

  1. It has VGA and component (via a component to VGA adapter), and as a fallback composite (yellow RCA), inputs. It doesn't have digital input capability so you can't use HDMI or DVI. So basically you need a component (red/blue/green triple RCA cable) and the PS3 A/V adapter to support that. That will give you the video.

For audio you could use a 1/8' mini stereo jack to dual RCA adapter cable and plug the Logitech into the mini jack and the dual RCA's into the red/white stereo of the PS3.

It isn't ideal, but it will give you stereo sound and up to 1080i video.

    Hope that helps.
