How can I connect an apple tv (with component plugs) to a tv with s-video (analog)?

What kind of converter would i need. where would i find it.

15$ modulator from Wal- Mart will do it

Both are analog, so don't worry about that.  

I'd guess you should find a converter cable, male s-vid to component at Radio Shack if nowhere else.
