-----I have a pair of AudioWorks AE-XI amplified computer speakers with jacks:

microphone

input(2)

to left (speaker)

input (L)

input (R)

DC (15 volt)

I also have a Technics Quartz Synthesizer TV/FM/AM Stereo Receiver SA-350, perhaps made in 1985, with a phones jack on the front panel, and back panel jacks:

Phono (L,R)

CD/Video/Aux (L,R)

Rec Out (L,R) [Tape/EXT]

Playback (L,R) [Tape/EXT]

MPX Out

Assorted AM/FM and TV/VHF antenna jacks, including attached AM loop

AC Unswitched Outlet

Battery Memory Reserve (3 "AA" cells)

Speakers:

Main or Remote: 8-16 Ohm/Each Speaker

Main and Remote: 8-16 Ohm/Each Speaker

I got both from thrift shops extremely cheap; I have been unable to get free Owner's Manuals for either one.

How can I hook them together?

I appreciate your time and effort.

---Thanks, Jim

  1. Get a regular RCA audio cable (left/right pair colored white/red) and connect the Rec Out (L,R) of the Technics to the input (L) and input (R) of the AudioWorks.

Since the AudioWorks are amplified speakers, you won't be utilizing the amplifier section of the Technics.
