How can I contact El Cartel Records in San Juan/ Rojo Vivio Studios?

I am trying to get ahold of the production company for Daddy Yankee. I would like to have him preform at a school event that the Latino Club is hosting at the end of the year. The problem is that he is unreacheable. I cant even get in contact with the main studios for Univision or Telemundo. Any help with contacting Cartel Records? thanks.

PS- I would also like the news anchor Maria Celeste from Rojo Vivo come as a guest speaker. Any help on contacting any of these people? thanks so much.
