The heating element on the Maytag range that I purchased at Sears burned up. I have a warranty on it, but when the repairman came out he charged me $50.00 for a service call. He said I didn't have a warranty. I went over to the Sears store and got a copy of my warranty and they told me I should not have been charged. They gave me a number to call for a refund. I called and was told I shouldn't have been charged and they gave me another number to call. This has been going on for three weeks and each time I call I am given a different number. When I called today they told me they were waiting to make a decision on whether to refund my money. There is no decision to make since I wasn't suppose to pay to begin with. Were do I send a complaint so I can get this resovled and my money back? Thanks,Shirley
