Ive got a mem monitor and it always shows loss of mem and make my system unstable

  1. reboot.  Software that deposits memory leaks MAY time out, or probably just be persistent until the machine is rebooted.


  2. Just increase your RAM and processor quality and it'll solved.

    Another way is to see your system hardware and check with the OS requirements.

    And don't let startup programs in msconfig (run> msconfig) too much, it'll cost your memory.
