How can I convert VHS tape from NTSC to PAL.?

Question

I'm buy some vhs collectables and I would mind viewing them but being in Australia we are pal VHS..

And well should I just buy a vcr from USA to :O)

You can buy special VCRs that will play multiple formats and convert the video to the system you need for your TV/Monitor. Just having a VCR to play them is not enough, you need to convert the signal. These special VCRs will do that as well. See the URL below of a place that sells these.
