How can I convert a home made DVD movie done in NTSC to PAL? Looking for free download program.?

I'm looking for a free program on internet to be able to convert my NTSC DVD movie to PAL for my family back in Europe. Whatever trial versions I found it seems they will put a watermark on my video and I don't want that. Any ideas? Thanks.
