How can I convert files from Windows Movie Maker?

I have a video on Windows Movie Maker and I want to convert it to a file where I can upload it to Youtube?

Any suggestions?

I'm guessing you went to File> Save as... DON'T DO THAT! You will only get a MSWMM file, which isn't a movie file, but the WMM Project file.

Instead, go to the task bar on the left and under the heading Finish Movie, choose save to computer. From there just choose whatever format you need.

Firstly, you should make sure if your itunes video is protected by DRM protection. You need remove DRM from the protected WMV files, then upload them to Youtube.

Most of video converter software can't convert DRM protected media files. So you need a professional video converter software, I recommend Daniusoft Digital Media Converter.
