How can I convince my mom to spend my money how I want to?

I really want to buy an Xbox 360, but I already have a wii.

My mom said to not buy the xbox 360 because I already have a wii, but I tried to convince her that each console is different in its own way but she just won't listen.

I mean I sold all my old game systems to earn up to $240 and now she tell me that I'm not allowed to buy an Xbox 360.

How can I convince her to let me spend my money the way I want to?

Yes I know a 360 retails for the cheapest $280 for an arcade version, but I'm getting one off craigslist for $250.

And no I'm not a stuck up brat who has to have everything because this is my money, not hers -_-

or just try to put yourself in your mom's place and see it from her point of view... maybe she just doesn't want you to spend your life playing video games?
