Are you still in school? Because if you are, you could promise to get really good grades and things like that. You could also start by making sure your room in really neat and help do chores around the house. You could also make a deal with them... depends on what they really like or what they would really like for you to do. It might help if you have money of your own, to pay for at least half a car... and possibly insurance. And don't get a really new and expensive car, go for the ones that aren't too old and also isn't too new at the same time.
