My parents dont want me to get a cat because they think that they are disgusting and gross. They think im not responsable because i had rabbits and i didnt ever play with them or take care of them. They also dont want them because when we had rabbits there were 3 bunnies that had babies and then we had 26 bunnies to take care of so they think they need alot of work. I didnt play with them because they were outside and i thought they stinked. I have always wanted a kitten how do i convince 'em. They wont even let me have one that already has had its shots!!!!!! they also think that

  1. I would not get you a cat either...you sound like a highly irresponsible pet owner.  Hope your parents don't give in.

  2. If your parents fear cats, you clearly shouldn't get one.

  3. rabbits stik when you dont clean their cages. If you get a cat he or she will stink too, especially when you dont take care of it, change the litter box and such. I dont think having a kitten is a good idea for you since you give up as soon as an animals smells bad.

  4. Sound to me as if you are a spoil little brat and wants everything your way. I think the best thing for you to do and , maybe she would by you a kitten and that is to move out if your grown, you said you were in school but what type (elem, intermediate, middle, high school, college, etc)......or if you are a minor.......then wait until you are grown and on your own, then they can buy you one for a going away gift. (HOORAY!!!) If you didn't take care of the bunny rabbits, then what do you expect to do with the cat. Just because ? Right !! again I think you are  spoiled and just want things your way. Grow up....and leave your parents along. Im pretty sure they have bigger fish to fry than worrying about you and your wants.  Selfish !!!
