How can I convince my parents to let me go to England this summer?

I went last summer for an exchange program, and i really want more time over there.

my host family wants me to come back this summer,

but my parents dont. and they can afford it.

is there anything i can say or do?

Raise [some of] the money yourself.

Start showing that you are responsible by doing your chores and RESPECTING your parents.  

Do things around the house without being asked.  

Do extra little things to show your parents that you love them.

Sit down maturely and ask them again.

I have a friend that just got back from London and a friend in London right now.  They love(d) it!!

Explain to your parents why you want to go back. Then, ask your parents why they believe you should not go. Think about what they say and see if you can make a compromise. Show responsibility. I love studying abroad (I went a month to Spain), and I know how much fun it can really be, so I wish you the best of luck!
