Question:

How can I cope with GCSE stress?

my gcses start Monday and I'm so stresssed. my teachers are expecting me to get A*s and A's and I just don't no if thats possible. I've got so much revision to do. everytime I try to revise I get distracted , or it just won't go in. gr I feel so stupid tbh. I'm gonna fail everthing :[ my head hurts from all the stress :[

  1. Im in college and often times before I write big essays, work on projects, etc I take relaxation pills to help. The current one im using is called Absolute Calm. Pill is very simple nothing instense like vicadin. Here's a link I highly suggest you give it a try.

  2. what i do is jus sit alone in a quiet place, tell urself ur gonna do so long, or one section, then have a break, thn go bak and do a bit mor. if you do sum everyday i reckon it'll sink in lol

    if ur gonna get distracted n hav to go on myspace/facebook etc all the time, do this in ur break, like a binge of it, thn revision time isnt so bad. bt nt for too long, or ull neva get off it! lol my teachers expect As and A*s bt if u do ur best they cnt reli complain. take it easy and good luck! xx
