I want to take an eye from an image and get it onto my stage in Macromedia Flash. Even if I edit the picture in photoshop until the only selection I have is the eye, when I copy it to flash I have the eye and a box of white surrounding it. Can anyone help me?

  1. By the sounds of it, you maybe saving it as a JPG, which does not support transparency. When you edit your picture in Photoshop follow these steps:

    1. First, re-save the image as a PNG (PNG supports full transparency, true colors, and the file compression is loss-less with Flash)

    2. Do your cropping or whatever and then save it again as a PNG file.

    3. Import to your stage and it will still have its transparency.
