I have tried everything! The magazine is about 5x7 and I want to make a replica black and white copy.

  1. Go to a professional printing shop.

  2. The answer above mine is good advice.  However if you are determined to do this yourself it is possible.  There is special software for copying magazines.  To do it without the proper software is extremely difficult.  If the magazine is the kind that has staples down the fold, you can remove the staples so the magazine becomes a pile of 8 1/2 X 11 papers.

Then you can scan and duplicate a page at a time on both sides and print them, which will actually be four pages, left and right, front, and back.  Fold the pile like the original and staple down the fold.  You might need a deep throat stapler.

You are probably like me.  I will spend boo koo hours trying to do something myself, I am just made that way.

    Good Luck
