How can I correct an incorect caller id entry on my answering maching?

Question

my answering machine shows the correct date...but caller id says the correct date but the wrong day of the week...i.e. yesterday 2/16/08 was saturday...my caller id said it was friday.

Call your service provider and ask them take a report to change the day/date/time and , it takes hardly  10 minutes if it can be done remotely otherwise they wound send tech to fix it for you.

go into the system of the caller id and see if you can fix it..
