How can I correct my eyesight?

I have a cataract behind my left eye which causes it to be very week to sunlight almost as if i had a lazy eye and also the left eye tilts to the center a little bit you can only notice it from far away my right eye has perfect vision. is there any surgery that can fix this? will lasik correct this? HELP!!??

just keep wearing your glasses after while ull get em off

or u could get lazer eye surgery

since u have a cadaract u can have surgery to have it removed....and u can wear eye glasses to help your lazy eye.i think...good luck...try a eye doctor..

The only available absolute treatment for cataract is surgery which consists of removal of the hazy lenticular material and replacement of it with an intraocular lens.However when cataract is not very dense there are some alternative options to alleviate your symptoms,for instance employing sunglasses will dilate (expand) your pupil and more light will enter your eye which may reduce the effect of cataract on your vision as well as using yellow tinted glasses may reduce the bothersome effect of head lights and car lights during night time.But if you want to get rid of cataract the only option is to undergo a surgery.By the way nowadays cataract surgery is very easy  with the introduction of phaco-emulsification technique in which the operation is done without need to general anesthesia and suturing.
