I have a lot of experience as a cake decorator. I'm working on making a portfolio, but I don't know what to include in it. Ex. Resume, Letter of reference, pictures, cover letter, or this is not necessary.

  1. like cook book, describe in details the ingredients, and full description .till the end. as if u were demonstrating for a tv show.

this should be each photograph. it should sound professional.

  2. Your resume (along with cover letter and any references) is something seperate to your portfolio and doesn't go inside it, though potential employers will want to see that too.

I don't know about this kind of work specifically, but if it's like the portfolio of any other kind of artist, you shouldn't need anything more than the photographs, if you will be there in person to describe your work. If it's an online portfolio or one which you will send out, you might like to add some text describing how you created some of your work, and the materials you use, and anything else you think might be relevant to someone interested in hiring you.

    Good luck with it. :)
