Like with a mirror, a curtain around all sides, and enough room to actually be able to get dressed.

  4. most diy stores sell a shower curtain frame for clawfoot tubs. A mirror and one of these frames would work great for what you're trying to do.

  5. If you are willing to spend a little money, you should consider buying a room divider. Those are classy and perfect to set up a wall for a dressing room.  Pier1 has some stylish ones you might want to check out.

  6. Aah Confuses say buy Shoji screen.

Just an idea I don't know what your decore is or if it matters. This you can have privacy and if it takes to much room you can push it back till you need to get behind and dress.

  7. U can grab a towel and grab some nails and pin it to there

  8. Hang curtians (or a pretty sheet) from the ceiling with tacks, or a towel bar.

Or, you could build a little stand out of sprinkler PVC from the home improvement store.  You'll need a pair of cutters, but it will fit together like tinker toys.  I don't think you need to use glue since it's for indoors.  Then cover the stand with pretty fabric or a shower curtian.  It's lightweight so you should be able to move it around too.
