How can I create my own blog?

I would like to create a professional blog, not from typepad.com, blogger.com.. etc. Is there any way I could create premium advanced blog which has lots of features, I want to write news on my blog and other stuff I can't find any site that lets me create premium advanced blog

Create your own web site, then use Wordpress (http://wordpress.com ) and/or the sites advanced services for the blogging aspect. Many popular blogs use that platform. Try getting more tips on professional blogging from Problogger (http://problogger.net) and DailyBlogTips (http://www.dailyblogtips.com/ ).
