How can I customize Yahoo to make it show various features?

I would like to be able to have Yahoo up to show news/business/calendar all on the same page, so that once I sign in I can see my calendar, or email, or look at news, etc.

Go to your browser options, or  product and services under your sign in options.  

If your sidebar does not show at all-up in right top corner of screen select  sidebar.  At the bottom is a customize button.
