  1. Use a reciprocating saw.

  2. You can score it a few times with a blade, and then crack it. Also you can run in threw a table saw but quickly or it might burn the edges. Hope that helps!

  3. Since you didn't ask RIP or cross cut, it will matter.

In any case a table saw with a finish blade to RIP, and a hand held Sabre saw with a long finish blade to cross cut would be adequate,

Part of the issue is the flex of the stock, and that should be addressed no matter the cut. Taping the line to be cut will help some. For a cross cut, I'd use a piece of thin/flat stock, such as Plexiglas's across the corrugated allowing that the only issue will be the length of the blade, as the saw plate will rest and slide on the flat stock.

There may be other issues to consider, such as tabling the entire piece, allowing room beneath a cut (cross cut) for the cutting procedure, allowing a table/bracing at the table saw, for the panels to rest/ride on in a RIP cut, safety goggles, etc. etc. etc.

    Just my two "sense"

  4. I use a circular saw with a panel blade on it...just in case...a panel blade is used to cut paneling with minimum damage...has fine teeth on it....just mark your line and go to it...do not force it.
