How can I cut down on it?

Okay, I drink 64 oz of soda a day usually. I also drink 32 oz of water. I'm not fat. I'm underweight so that's not my problem. How can I stop drinking it?

  1. Cut down by 8 oz every three days and the goal being either none a day or one a day. Treat yourself by having a soda every friday.


  2. Well, if you cant cut your habbit completely drink diet. But be warned, now, you might not be having any problems, but when you are an adult then you have a 50 % of becoming obese.

    Treat soda as a treat like desert . Not a FOOD group.

    eugh, just keep busy, and don't think about it. Drink when you're thirsty and try to cut back on the soda by just, not having any.

  4. geeez! I'm almost this  bad w/ pineapple juice. Basically wen u buy stuff keep like 1 bottle of soda in the fridge and just think that you don't have any more that's it! So u'll drink that and water the rest of the day. Drink water after that and try gaining some weight! Sounds like ur really athletic u have 2 eat more calories and carbs. Get ur self 2 normal weight and set up a gd exersit drinking and eating schedule.

  6. Replace it with something else you enjoy to drink! I like vitimin water, its good, and is good for you! Try that! It still has the sugar and taste just as good!

  7. just replace it with like juice or sumthin i havent drank soda in over a year and it used to be the only thi ng that i drank it wasnt hard for me.

    and brush your teeth often to prevent cavities!
