Whenever I run a race longer then a mile, I find I breath really hard, people around me look at me like I am really tired, even if it is only early in the race. The thing is, is that I am not tired, I feel like I could run forever, except that my breathing is really hard. Other then my breathing I run a race fine, and I am not usually too tired at the end. What can I do to cut down my breathing?
