& everything causes me stress lol.

  1. Become agoraphobic.  There's no way to eliminate all stress, you can't control what happens around you, only yourself and your reaction.


  2. Exercising is one of the best ways to release stress.

  3. By learning to manage it. The only people that are free of stress are dead ones. Techniques for managing it are many, depending on the situations that you are in everyday. Lack of congruency is a major source. Read the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People for some insights.

    Find friends who don't generate 'drama'

      

    Get a job which doesn't pressure you (it'll pay less, but may be worth it)

      

    Lower your material wants - be happy with what you have

  8. exercise is a get release. Allows you to burn off some steam and unwind.  Being organized and prioritized can help relieve some stress.  Get a daily planner and plan out your days and organize your activities.  being organized rather than scattered will relieve some stress.  You can also try writing in a journal, use it as a release, a place to write you goals, future plans, inspirational quotes and poems, thing that motivate you...  journal writing can be a release as well but only if you do it right, simply recounting your daily activities wont do much, but what i mentioned before might.   You could try picking up a new hobby...  maybe you like drawing or dancing...  doing something you love can help you not be as stressed.

  9. set up goals. short term goals and complete them. (example: get a car, get an a+ in a class.) be the best you can be you'll see that with every goal you complete you'll feel like a champ. you'll start to build confidence in yourself. do that along with exercise at a local gym club. you'll be ok as long as you understand that life isn't perfect but you can try to be happy.
