  1. well let mev help you firefighters make c**p money

    police men make c**p money

paramedic is your best beyt if you want to live A NICE LIFE and not struggle to pay the bills and eat good.

  2. I'm not sure about Canada, but here in the states you can join the Junior Firefighters or the Junior Police Academy.

I would go to your local fire department and police station and see if they have a program like ours here. Then I would spend a year or a summer doing both of them and see which one you like better.

I think it's a great career path to dedicate your life to helping others, good for you!

  3. Well, let me narrow it down a little bit. If you want to become a firefighter, you are going to need to have emergency medical training. In the states, most departments are requiring a medic license, some still hire at EMT and volunteer departments still hire at MFR. Therefore, if you want to become a firefighter, you will need to get some EMS training. In doing that, you may decide that you want to beocme a medic instead.

Firefighrer and medic go hand in hand. Being one will be very helpful, if not neccesary if you want to be the other.

The only perk of being a police officer would be a higher pay scale, as far as I know.

I'm joking. I dont' know much about being a police officer since I never aspired to be one.

    Good luck with your decision.
