How can I declutter my Gmail account?

I labeled all the important mail in their respective category but they are still "there to see" in the inbox. I tried deleting a labeled email, hoping that it will still remain when I click on X label, but it deletes it forever!

Is there a "folder" option in Gmail?

  1. there is no folder option in gmail yet


  2. Why do you have questions about Gmail on YAHOO answers.  Just think about it.  Not many people on yahoo will know how Gmail works.
