How can I delete Yahoo and AIM Messengers from my Sony Ericsson phone?

I want to delete Yahoo Messenger and AOL Instant Messenger from my cell phone but don't know how. I also want to make sure all messages from the past are completely gone from my phone so no one gets into them.

try calling your mobile phone service provider. if you have tmobile then just diall 611 from your phone. i really don't think you can delete those features. it's just like deleting text messaging which is just impossible.
