Question:

How can I delete all the old email addresses in my Outlook auto-complete file?

Every time I compose an email and type in the address, a list of old email addresses pops up below so I can just click it and not have to type in the full address over and over. The PROBLEM is that some of these addresses have typos or are just outdated. Outlook still memorized them and still offers the up on this list. Sometimes I click on one by mistake and then my emails get rejected.

Anyway, any solution anyone could offer would be much appreciated. Thanks

Press the down arrow key to select the email address and press the delete button.

Another option if you want to delete all addresses in the cache file (outlook.nk2):

Delete the file Outlook.nk2 file in this folder
