  1. one at a time ..and yes it is annoying

  2. Go to the Tools bar on your browser, click on Internet Options, and click on the Clear History button. You can also delete your cookies and your temp internet files. It's good to do once in a while anyway to keep your internet running smoothly.

  3. click history, click show in sidebar(at the bottom) then right click each Folder (they go by days) and select delete. it doesn't take too long. then you can do it each week or however often you choose.

  4. Clearing the History may not clear the search engine which saves key words that you type or sites you may have searched. You may need to clear Auto Complete. Here is how:

For Internet Explorer:Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

This will also clear it all in a few clicks.

  5. right click then delete, but it goes by page not just necessarily by website
