How can I delete my history of all visited websites?

Question

I know how to delete the history of my visited websites by deleting cookies, clearing history and offline contents. How come I cannot delete history of certain websites? If I am not mistaken, these particular websites were visited on the same day.

Got to tools, internet options, and delete files for internet explorer or go to tools and clear private data for firefox. You can get a really simple program for free from download.com call ccleaner. This program will permanently delete all of your internet history very quickly and very efficiently. I definitively recommend it.

have you tried to go under your favorites on yahoo page then go under history you can pick by most recently visited, date, and week hope this helps

lol well... im not gunna ask what websites they are..

but you can open your history folder and just go to that day and delete that day from your history.. or delete the sites individually from the same folder.. to get to the history folder just go to the history tab>>show in sidebar>> right click day>> delete
