How can I delete photos from MY PHOTOS and how do I put photos from MY PHOTOS into email?

Click on your 'My Photos' folder, click 'Message View'.

For pictures in a sequence (an entire block of pictures), press the Shift key and click the first and last message, then press 'Delete' on your keyboard.

To select random (un-grouped) pictures, click in the check-box beside each picture. Then either press 'Delete' on your keyboard or click 'Delete' in page.

Do the same procedure to delete your 'My Attachments' folder.

To put photos from My Photos into email:

Go to your 'My Photos' folder.

Click 'Attachment View'.

Click on the picture you want to put into your email.

When the email page opens, click 'Forward...As Inline Text'....so that you can edit the email that came with it.

Delete all the addresses on the 'To', 'Cc and 'Bcc' fields.

Delete the body of the email.

Only the photo remains on the email page.

You can now address the email and compose an email.

Then click 'Send' to deliver the email to the addressee you designated.
