How can I delete the program Ulead Photo Explorer?

I don't know who put this on my computer, but I can't open JPG photos with it. The program always opens up when I try to look at photos sent in emails, but the photos don't open. When I try to Uninstall through the add/delete program in Control Panel, I get a msg "InstallShield (R) setup launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close". I also have tried going to Start, All Programs, but Ulead isn't listed. How can I get this off my computer? Thanks

Find the .exe of the program then delete it and delete everything else about it in the registry manually.

sounds like somebody removed parts of program, or moved folder, so that program is corrupt and missing files,

also could be that trial has run out, and files no longer work,

if you have other program to use for images, you could try resetting preferences for opening jpgs, or reinstall as default program,

~so you may have to manually remove from computer, program and registry attributes,

~or reinstall program and then re-delete,

~or install another program that edits images as new default, or a viewer like picasa as new default,
