How can I delete these files?

On Limewire, there are these two files that won't delete because it says a person or another program is using them but nothing is. How can I delete these? Is there anyway?

kill the process for lime wire in your task manager then you will be able to delete them if you have no idea what i mean IM me on yahoo

Ok, do the following:

On your keyboard Press the following keys togeather Ctrl + shift + Esc.

or right click on the task bar and select task manager.

Here you can see different processes. click on one of them and then press the key "L" it will bring to some process begins with L , press repeatedly untill you reach limeware named process. then right click on it and select kill task.

now again try to delete files. it will be done.
