Question:

How can I determine how old my baby duckling is?

It's about 4" long x 5" tall. Full of multi colored feathers. Stumbles when it walks and moves like a bobble head. It won't eat the baby bird formula the petstore sold us. I read that for the first 48 or so hours they don't need food, but I can't believe this little duckling is that newly hatched. Any ideas?

  1. That does not really sound like a baby if you could edit whith a picture that would be great. it could be a goose?.. idk tho make sure the food is unmedicated or it can die.. no matter what those people say it is not ok.. and if it is a baby you probally need to take the food put it in a bowl were he can reach very easily and add water making it real soupy.!. messy.. and that could be a problem.
