How can I develop a stronger punch?

I'm an experienced fighter looking for any additional or helpful techniques in developing stronger knuckles, stronger punches, and strengthening wrists to deliver strong punches. Any techniques and workouts on a heavy punching bag also would help. Thanks a lot

  1. The heavy bag is a great place to start.


  2. i take brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. 1 stand on a car tire for balance and just throw punches. 2. get a tractor tire and hit it with a huge rubber mallet. 3. buy a punching bag and use your favorite combos over and over. 4. to strengthen wrist and forearm get a dumbell and curl it with just your wrist.
