How can I devolope an organization (read details)?

Question

As of right now, I am just simply preeching an ideology called Yosivism which is basically peace, tolerance, and activism. My parnter and I are trying to develope an organization that will, unite all charities, create a league of people to help others, another group of people to protest against unjust laws and occurances, and possibly create jobs. I am also planning on running it the same way our government is ran.
