What I am doing is I always use my heart whenever I am doing something. When you put your heart into anything that you do, even without telling anyone else, people around you will begin to recognize your work. They will come to realize that your outputs are great. Don't expect everyone to see your efforts and don't push them to commend you in your work. If you deserve the commendation, your colleagues will give it to you. Also, each of us are different and so we have our own personal touch to things. So just do the usual things. Be yourself and love everything that you do. If you feel that you lack the energy to do something, just do things that will put you in the good mood. And always think positive. Always contradict negative side with positive side. Mindset is the key here.
