Just like the question, I want to know how to display all of the account passwords in my computer without using any applications. Is it possible to do it with command prompt?

  1. If you are using Windows XP, there is no command prompt that could do that without using any application.

Even the Start>>Run>>control userpasswords2 [basically a command prompt command uses the control.exe, an application per se,] but it does not show all the passwords in each of the user accounts in a computer. It is only a utility that could change/reset existing password, which only the user should know, not everybody.

This is the inherent feature of Windows XP system to protect user profiles [passwords, folders, and files]
