How can I do a reverse look-up of a phone number.?

I received the phone number in a mailing that came with a check in my name. The check is for money won in a lottery that I never entered. I know this is a scam and that the phone number is in Canada. I just wanted to see the name or address of the scamer. I have no intention of calling the number.

You could google it and see what you get.

You probably won't be able to find the name and address of the person behind the scam, because I'm sure they gave phony information to get the phone number, or it's not actually their real phone number to begin with. Most likely what you'll see are just a lot of those sites that track scams, reporting that number.
