How can I do call forwarding through vonage?

Can anyone tell me how i can forward a call to another phone number w/ vonage?

Vonage Basic Call Forwarding:

From your Vonage phone, simply press *72, enter the 10–digit phone number to which all calls will be forwarded, and press the # key. To deactivate: press *73, or easily manage your Online Account under the Features Section.



For International Call Forwarding, simply log on to your Online Account and manage it under the Features Section.

Configuring Call Forwarding using your Vonage Online Account:

Enter your user name and password at the top right of the page to log in to your Vonage Online Account.

Click Features and go to the Call Forwarding section.

Choose the line from which calls will be forwarded, now click Configure.

Select the Basic Call Forwarding tab.

Choose the number of seconds you would like to have your Vonage phone ring before forwarding.

Enter the phone number where calls will be forwarded and click Enable.

Calls placed to your Vonage number will be forwarded according to your selections.

If these procedures aren't working for you, contact Vonage customer service for assistance.  There is obviously something wrong with your account...
