How can I do my A levels from home?

I know I probably need to talk to the school about this, but I just wanted to find out if anyone knows if it's possible to do my A levels from home? I've got mental problems (Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and PTSD.) and I don't think I can cope with starting a new school in september.

Should I speak to the school about my problems? Would they be able to offer me a course I can do from home? Thanks for reading/answering

  1. Drop out if school and then do A levels through one of the uk's man many home coleges. HAve you seen the adverts for like ICS and home learning and all that. The only down side to this is that you will have to pay for each course you take. But next time you see the adverts jot down the number and ask for a free prospectus it shouldnt be too much of a proplem or you can fo it online. But at some point you're gonna have to get over (through getting help) these problems because they are going to forever decrease the quality of life in which you live and its not fair. I mean even if you do a degree at home you're work prospects will be limited to home work which only applies to certain professions. I mean come on...

  2. Yes, you should inform the school.

And another yes, if you study hard, of course you can do it although you study at home.
