How can I do my eye makeup like her????

Question

I sometimes do eyeliner on top of my eyes like her-

But sometimes i mess up and it doesn't look as perfect as hers. And it just looks dramatic on me. And i also have black hair like her and it kinda makes me look goth. And i dont like it..how can i do my top eyeliner as good as hers? I want it to be even. Any tips?

Try felt-tip eyeliner. I found one by loreal, it's just like a marker tip.

1. use a felt tip liquid eyeliner in black. I use revlon and it works really well.

2. on the inner corner of your eye (the part of your eye closest to your nose) make sure the eyeliner is really thin and then make it slightly thicker as you get twords the other corner of your eye. This takes some time to perfect, so just practice and it will get easier.

3. While you're applying the liquid eyeliner, pull your eyelid twords your ear, which just makes it a smoother and easier surface to work with.

4. to make it look less "goth" try using dark brown eyeliner on your bottom eyelid instead of black. or  i think it looks really well with only eyeliner on the top lid too.

ALSO: if the liquid eyeliner is too hard you can always use an eyeliner pencil, but it tends to smudge through out the day which is why i perfer liquid

The type of liner doesn't matter as much as the application technique, although you get the best control if you use a powder (mix a few drops of water into the color with an eyeliner brush).  Notice that in the photograph, you don't see any line.  You just see darkness.  That's because the color is as close to the eyelash roots as possible, actually in between individual lashes.  The way to do this is use a very high power magnifying mirror and practice using your forefinger to lift your eyelid, pulling it up toward your brow, and holding it there during the application.  Your thumb will be resting on your cheekbone, pulling slightly down.  This creates maximum exposure of the roots and steadies your eye.  The line you make shoud virtually disappear when you release your lid.  If it's too thick, or you've used liquid and didn't get it even, do the lid-lift again and this time swipe the excess, gently, with a damp cotton swab.

Pull your eyelid out just a lil to the side and do a thin line across the top of the lid. Try using a pencil if you cant do liquid but make sure its sharp so that way it stays thin.

i recommend u to use mechanical pencil eyeliner. i used Maybelline.

u draw a very thin line starting from the inside corner of ur eye near ur nostrils. draw the line slowly and gradually drawing the line thicker as u reached the outer corner of ur eye. if u made mistake, the trick is, use Q-tip and dip it into a drop of makeup remover to erase the mistake. simple!

actually the makeup that girl is wearing is actually very very natural and easy to do. its nothing elaborate. all it takes is mascara and liner. both should be black colored,. you want to curl your eye lashes. and then apply like 2 or three coats of jet black mascara. you mite wana use a lash brush incase you get clumps. then take a liquid eyeline or felt tipped eyeliner pencil and very very carefully line the top lids. youre goin to hafta be very carful and do it very very slowly. it requires alot of patience and time to get it to look that straight. most ppl cant get it that straight without spending about 15-20 minutes doing it carefully thast really all it takes. try to have a steady hand when applying. if you think it makes you look gothic just apply some facial bronzer or blush to give you a sunkissed glow. also dont use anything dark on your lips. just apply a pale nude color lip gloss on your lips i have black hair and lite skin and i use dark eyemakeup and it looks great. but then again i am half italian so i kinda have that mediterannan look to me.
