How can I do my makeup for my genie costume?

For Halloween, I`m going to be a really colorful belly dancer. How can I do my makeup? Should I use bright blue eyeshadow, glitter, and eyeliner or what? Tell me what color of lipstick and eyeshadow to use!Thanx!

I would do bright, glittery eye make-up in the same colors as your costume.  Leave your cheeks plain and add just a little gloss to your lips.  Let your eyes be the center of attention for something this fun.

Try to match your eyes to your outfit. But, if it is red then no. Try arched eyebrows, lots of eyeliner, and mascara. And, ruby red lips would be fun!
