Question:

How can I do the splits?

I AM VERY UNFLEXABLE!!! For the middle I have like 2 feet or more and for the other 1s i have like 1-1 and a half. I really wanna be able to do the splits :)! I do stretch! Do you have any advice on how to do the splits?

  1. practice makes perfect!!


  2. Every night spend 5 minutes doing the splits by the end of the week you should be able to do it if not at least notice a huge improvement.

    A few years ago i started dancing and i couldn't do the splits so for a week each night i tried and by the end of the week i could do them.
