How can I do the transformation jutsu in real life?

There is such thing as chakra and naruto is based on a real martial art and if you guys say its not possiable to do the jutsu it is!!!! cause oneday im going to be hokagae!belivive it!!!! lol jk but iknow it is possiable to do and ninja magick is real!!! The real name for it is kineisis seriously though so any way you gotta help me out here and tell me a process that will make me transform into anyone

Sorry, but that's why it's a CARTOON! Naruto is BASED on real martial arts, but then again so is DBZ and many other animes. I know that there is such thing as Chakra, but as in using it to transform into someone else-not possible.

"Naruto is BASED on a real martial art". BASED on as in they exagerated it to make nine year olds interested. There is such thing as chakra, but you can't use it to transform physically into someone else. It can't be done. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

but i believe magick is real after i bond myself to spirits

but mine kind of magick is different from the kind you want.

if you want to transform into anyone, you can consider a plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery
