How can I download a free software to clone DVD videos and music CDs ?

I'm trying to find a software that would allow me to clone DVD videos. Because of economical reasons I'd prefer that it is Free of charge. I did a Google search and I found one but it is too expensive.

You just use a DVD Ripper .
